When I had a look at a savegame of the world (offline) it showed a mod that was just numbers but they were red and when I moused over them it said something along the lines of "Steam cannot find mod." I've had that every now and then with my own server (the server won't start if it can't download the mods). Usually this goes away after 15 mins or so. Another possibility is that one of the mods the server was using could have been removed from the workshop - that would prevent you from connecting as well.

It seems to be stuck on "Downloading mods" forever. The first mod is only 1.1kb and it's not even downloading that :/ Edit: these mods come from a collection that I've literally watched a series on, so it can't be any sort of compatibility issue since I've seen someone playing with all of them.
